Tiki swamp mural, tribal heads & snake mural design.

Bournemouth. Dorset.

This is one of the older murals in the gallery and is one of the smaller ones at 9' x 4'. This was the back wall of a kitchen and when the sun came up and hit the wall each morning the kitchen was bathed in an orangey glow. Dave and Ju have been friends of the family for years and I was delighted to paint this mural for them. Being fans of the artist Josh Kirby they asked me to paint the mural based on this particular snake from splash down. I designed a tiki theme around their love of tribal art and fitted Kirby's snake in the swamp as a sort of homage to the artist.
