murals and trompe l'oeil by wayne barker

History mural. School and community project.

September 2007. Corfe Mullen. Dorset.

Henbury View first school commissioned this mural for a project the children were doing on the history of Corfe Mullen and the Co-Op sponsored the mural. I worked with the kids during the design process and used their ideas and sketches to come up with the mural. This was a great project for the community as it allowed the kids of Corfe Mullen to have a direct input on the appearance of part of their village.
